About Medica

Medica’s purpose is to establish and maintain a friendly network of scholars interested in the interdisciplinary study of illness and healing in the Middle Ages.

The society sponsors sessions at the International Medieval Congress at Kalamazoo and the International Medieval Congress at Leeds. Our business meetings are held annually at Kalamazoo. Please note that Medica invites new members.

Membership

Membership is offered on a yearly basis. Dues is $20 (US) per year for full-time tenured or tenure-track faculty and $10 (US) for all others. Membership runs from January to December.
